During Neurodiversity Week, iSE is hosting a special in-person session exploring neurodiversity in business and leadership.
The event features Maxine Laceby, Co-Founder of Absolute Collagen, who will share her experience of building a multi-million-pound business while thinking differently. The conversation will be hosted in a live podcast-style format by Ameesha Green, Founder and CEO of The Book Shelf® and iSE board member.
The session will explore neurodiversity in leadership, decision-making and team dynamics, with real examples of how inclusive workplaces can strengthen teams and performance. There will also be opportunities for questions and discussion.
This event is open to all founders, managers and team leaders—not just neurodivergent individuals.
