In this webinar, Business Advisor Jonathan Howl will take us through the Business Energy Advice (BEAS) programme.
The Business Energy Advice Service (BEAS) is a pilot programme designed to help businesses save money and drive growth by providing free energy assessments and 50% match-funded grants. There is no payback required on the grants, and BEAS is part of a broader government initiative aimed at reducing carbon emissions nationwide.
Jonathan Howl will walk us through the process of BEAS and explain the potential benefits to your business. We'll also hear from Matthew Fielder from Harris RCS, an engineering business in Exhall, Coventry, which used the BEAS programme to add roof insulation and solar panels to their business. This resulted in lower energy bills, improved energy efficiency and a lower carbon footprint, with an estimated annual saving of over £11,000.
