John Morse-Brown founder of Pigeon, shared his excitement:

“Winning a US Louie award was extremely exciting for me at Pigeon - our stationery is proving to be very popular in the States, and winning a national award like this gives us more clout when approaching new stockist. It gives us more exposure across the greetings card industry in the US (as well as over here). Exporting has become a very significant part of our business, and anything that supports that is extremely useful.”

He adds, “Business Growth West Midlands has played a pivotal role in our journey- their advice helped to start me on the road to exporting a couple of years ago, and also provided some really necessary funding to look at my IP and to make sure it was fit for purpose in the US and the EU (our two biggest export markets).”
